Thriving in Chaos

Welcome to Sage Insights'09 Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands, to be held this year on the 21 November 2009 at the prestigious Westin Hotel, on 1 Martin Place in the Sydney CBD. Inspired by the philosophy of Tom Peters' book 'Thriving in Chaos', our key themes for this year are Adapt, Develop, Transform. Our aim is to provide delegates with a work approach and mentality that is aligned to the challenges ahead for the coming year. Thriving in Chaos is about changing the way we think about the market and the current economy and learning to create new techniques for dealing with it in order to thrive. Insights’09 will provide the launching pad to begin co-creating that future with the delivery of key customer-centric messages, sales and product knowledge, and strategic opportunities for 2010.

A new approach

We listened to partner feedback earlier in the year and we’ve taken the opportunity with the tougher economic environment to take a different approach to the 2009 version of our annual partner conference. Consequently, this year’s version will be a hybrid event with a face-to-face physical component for the one day, followed by virtual sessions for each of the products to be scheduled in the following week. We’re really excited as this will allow more partners to physically attend given the location, cost and time factors this time round; and it will also allow many more of our partners and their staff to take advantage of the virtual product sessions
